I am having a similar thing; fatigue, o-pains, acne, +opk's, temp low, and I mean what my temp is usually w/o the clomid and progesterone. What I found out was that you can have +opk's and still not ovulate. A bit over 90% of cycles with a positive OPK are ultimately ovulatory (but not necessarily the day after the positive OPK, as the conventional wisdom would tell you).
