An item.I also looted a Wind's Infinite Call as a first farming kill from a group of 4 Enhanced Avian at the island, sitting on a ledge ( /way 75.23, 49.53 ) This was not my first drop, my first drop was looted without my detection on a previous visit to the island several months ago.
