Using another chilled bowl, add heavy cream & beat until stiff peaks, roughly 8 to 10 minutes. Eggnog. I've had so many customers ask or practically beg for eggnog shakes, and more often than not drive off when they hear we don't have that. Personally I think that would be a dairy overload with custard, but the sheer amount of people asking for it I think would make for good business. I don't see why they don't just make it at home ....
