Mrs. Ressler's now has three generations of family members in the company. All of us at Mrs. Ressler's pride ourselves on the high quality of our deli products.When KZY’s driver delivered the cargo, the customer rejected it—its temperature was higher than expected, making it unsafe. Mrs. Ressler’s filed a suit against KZY in a federal district court. KZY contended that the temperature in its refrigerated trailer was proper and that Mrs. Ressler’s had delivered a “hot” product for transport.
