I was of the understanding that it isn't possible on QC45s.I own a pair too but can't find any such option. You can‘t turn it off as of right now. Maybe they will add this as an option in a future firmware, maybe not. The QC45s don‘t support the Bose Connect App, as they‘re meant to be used with the Bose Music App..
